Why is there a 4-6 week wait on delivery?
Each piece is lovingly handmade to order in Europe and America, unless the item is in stock the 4-6 week period is the time it takes for the designer to make the item and for it to arrive into Australia.

What if my wedding is in less than 4 weeks?
If you absolutely have to have one of our gorgeous accessories but it is less than 4 weeks until your wedding please contact us directly HERE.

Can I get a refund on an item if I change my mind or it doesn’t suit me?
We are happy to provide a credit note or exchange for change of mind but unfortunately we do not offer refunds. Refunds are only offered if a product has a manufacturing fault.

Can I try the products on?
Absolutely, if you would like to try on accessories with your gown please request an accessories appointment at Helen Rodrigues Bridal HERE

What if I don’t like the product when I receive it?
We are more than happy to exchange products (bespoke products excluded) or provide a credit note within 14 calendar days from the date your order was shipped.

What if the product is faulty when it arrives?
Each HR Bridal Accessory delivery is hand packed carefully by a team member. You will receive some photographs and small video along with your tracking number showing your beautiful product prior to it being shipped. HR Bridal Accessories cannot be held responsible for any damages to product once they have been shipped with Australia Post or a courier. However we are more than happy to offer a credit note or refund if there is a manufacturing fault. Please email us first outlining the description of the goods purchased and the fault.

Make sure the item is in its original packaging in an unworn condition in a padded bag or box for return including your returns form and original invoice.

We also recommend you use registered post when returning goods back to us with a tracking number.
